Yes! We are a pet friendly community of apartment and townhomes in Southeast Denver designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

Trailgrove offers Denver studio, 1 & 2-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom townhomes for rent ranging between 550 and 1,442 square feet in size. Each home features central AC for added convenience, along with select homes that have thoughtfully designed interiors such as wood-vinyl plank flooring, tub & shower combination, and quartz countertops.

Tours are available in person.

Applications can be completed online.

Applicants must provide a photo ID and proof of income, and income must meet at least two times the monthly rent requirement.

Renter’s insurance is required for all residents.

Trailgrove does not participate in these programs at this time.

Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.

A 60-day notice is required before moving out.

Residents must provide a written notice to vacate, complete a pre-walk inspection, and undergo a final inspection at move-out.

No. Subleasing is not allowed.

An early termination fee equal to one month’s rent is required.
